Michael Jefry Stevens Trio/Quartet

This past year I released two recordings from the 1990's. The first was quartet recording (Cadence Jazz - For the Children) features David Schnitter (sax), Dominic Duval (b), Jay Rosen (d) and myself on piano. All the music on this CD was composed by myself. The trio recording (Konnex Records - For Andrew) features my colleague and friend of many recordings Jeff Siegel on drums and one of my favorite bassists, Peter Herbert. This CD also features mostly my original compositions. I am able to perform the music from these CD's (either trio or quartet) in a variety of different musical situations and am always interested in touring by myself and using musicians from different local regions.
